Governance
The governance and organisational structure of Fondazione Fitzcarraldo adhere to the principles and legal framework of a Foundation of Participation, which still remains the most effective and suitable instrument for pursuing the mission of public utility for those working for the creation and promotion of arts and culture.
The governance, guidelines, and operational management of the Foundation are founded on the interactions between the Board of Directors, Founders’ Council, and Presidency, along with external advisory bodies (Board of Auditors and Scientific Committee) and internal coordination functions.
