Abstract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ADESTE project responds to necessity of placing audiences at the heart of cultural planning, by combining research and training activities, strategic dissemination and advocacy actions, and experimenting with innovative methodologies. Specific skills to effectively promote access and cultural participation are needed to achieve this. Indeed, anew professional profile is required: that of the audience developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
